Like any sport, there is an accepted risk. CTOR, spotters, and associated trail bosses are not responsible for breakages or your bad decisions. Liability for any type of vehicle damage or personal injury lies on YOU as the driver.

Trail bosses for the club are selected based on experience alone. They have proven their off-road savvy in various types of terrain and difficulty levels. They are there to guide you and do their best to keep you out of trouble.
